VastaaPoistaThis is a fairly well done job, so good on that! However, I'd imagine some of the rules you've listed aren't really about customer service, but rather work and employment in general. I'd love if you focused more on customer service speicifally, since it's the title. Since I'm fairly sure that not a single job in the work looks kindly on alcohol abuse, and every employer probably prefers a tidy interviewee.
So, a good job overall, but some of it's pretty roundabout or beside the point.
