Hello! All the pictures are all sorts of nice, but I'm not really getting much out of this in general, and I'd love if you elaborated on this. There isn't much content or substance that you are giving here. Mostly just vague, open-ended singular words. I'd want to know WHY these words are important, and what they MEAN in a customer service context. I don't doubt your personal grasp on their meanings,but you aren't really projecting that here. But all the pictures are really nice. Cute things do give you extra points!
