VastaaPoistaYou've done a good job here, but I'd like to see a bit more substance. Most of your rules are just single words VERY open to interpretation: I'd like to hear WHY these words are important and what they MEAN from a customer service standpoint.
I'd imagine that with a thing like this, Pekka too would like to see you project your clear, personal understanding of the whys and meanings here.
